Welcome to Galaxy Unified IT. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or engaging with Galaxy Unified IT (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Galaxy Unified IT provides technology-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • Business Email Setup
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Managed IT Services
  • IT Help Desk Support
  • Cybersecurity Services
  • AI Content & Marketing Services
  • Business Technology Consulting
  • Domain & DNS Management

Service details, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual agreements, proposals, invoices, or product descriptions.

2. Payments

Payment is due according to the terms stated in your invoice or service agreement.

  • All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
  • Setup fees and project fees may require payment upfront.
  • Monthly services are billed in advance.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and professional services:

  • Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Custom websites, technology configurations, AI-generated content, and consulting services are non-refundable after delivery.
  • Monthly services may be canceled according to the cancellation terms below.

Galaxy Unified IT may issue refunds at its sole discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Supply required content, images, logos, and materials.
  • Maintain ownership or rights to supplied content.
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.

5. Website Services

For website projects:

  • Clients are responsible for providing content unless content creation is included in the scope of work.
  • Final approvals are required before launch.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

6. Microsoft 365 & IT Services

Galaxy Unified IT provides support and administration services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party vendors, including:

  • Microsoft
  • Google
  • Domain Registrars
  • Hosting Companies
  • Internet Service Providers

Service interruptions caused by third-party providers are outside our control.

7. AI Content & Marketing Services

For AI-generated music, videos, graphics, written content, and marketing materials:

  • Deliverables are created using AI-assisted tools and professional review processes.
  • Results may vary depending on marketing objectives and platforms.
  • Galaxy Unified IT does not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, rankings, or revenue.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients own the final deliverables specifically created for them unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Galaxy Unified IT retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, methodologies, and internal systems.
  • Galaxy Unified IT may display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless prohibited by written agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Galaxy Unified IT shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding twelve months.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and professional services, we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous website uptime
  • Uninterrupted internet connectivity
  • Third-party platform availability
  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Specific marketing performance results

11. Cancellation

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.

For monthly services:

  • A minimum of 30 days’ notice may be required.
  • Any outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through our website is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell client information and take reasonable measures to protect personal and business data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

Galaxy Unified IT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
